G. RHEA BUCY

RHEA BUCY is a member of the Nashville law firm of Gullett, Sanford, Robinson & Martin, PLLC, and from 1994 to 1999 was its chief manager. He was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1973, following his graduation from the Vanderbilt University School of Law. For more than 30 years he has been engaged in the private practice of law in Nashville, where he has specialized in business Chapter 11 cases, workouts and commercial litigation generally. Mr. Bucy is a former chair and director of the Tennessee Bar Association's Bankruptcy Law Section. He is a past director of the Nashville Bar Association, and a past chair of its Bankruptcy Court Committee. Rhea is a past president and a former director of the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute. He frequently serves as a faculty member for continuing legal education programs concerning bankruptcy and commercial law, and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
